Tobias joined the team in January 2025 working in the letting's negotiation team. Having lived locally he has extensive knowledge of the Rutland area. Before joining the Osprey team, Tobias graduated from UEA with a degree in International relations and politics, using this to work internationally in Brussels, focusing on housing policy. A bundle of both positivity and productivity; Tobias can often be found spinning 'multiple plates' and always has a can-do attitude.
