Our Property/Asset managers are available to answer any questions you have regarding renting a property from Osprey and their knowledge of the local area and the rental market and legislation is invaluable.

All properties listed with Osprey have been inspected by our qualified staff… this means we are confident the quality of the accommodation on offer is of the highest standard.

All our properties available to rent are listed in the Available Properties section of this website but can also be found on internet portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla ,Prime Location and Boomin. If you like the look of a property, the next step is to contact us and arrange a viewing. Importantly, should you not find a property that matches your requirements, please register your details with us and we will contact you when a suitable property matching your criteria becomes available. We run an active list of prospective tenants seeking new homes.

The Process for renting your new home

  • View a property
  • Fill in an application form
  • If successful – pay holding deposit and we will assist you through the referencing process
  • Pay your moving in monies, sign all documentation
  • Move in to your new home!
