  • Building & Estate Managers you can trust; In order to provide you with the very best service, we have a dedicated manager assigned to your property and available to you. We will make the transition and integration of your property to our service as swift and hassle free as possible.
  • Your Property Manager will take holistic responsibility for your property, carrying out regular site inspections, preparing and managing your budgets and accounts, attend client and residents’ meetings and collaborate with our wider property management team on the day-to-day management of your property. At all times we ensure health & safety compliance, and that the wider Estate is a safe environment.
  • We advise on and handle everything from administering service charges to ensuring that they are paid and that service charge spend is carefully tracked and remains within budget.
  • We provide regular, clear and accurate financial reporting tailored to suit the needs of our clients. Our robust procedures are reviewed regularly to ensure that we are providing the best service available.
  • Property accounts for service charge and ground rent with any queries handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Financial Control to efficiently manage budgets and cash flow.
  • Regular contact with leaseholders, regular site inspections, arranging and attending residents meetings where necessary.
  • Managing maintenance programs and emergency repairs including; Fire Risk Assessments, entry phone maintenance, cleaning, plumbing, lift repairs, boiler repairs, internal and extenral redecorations, roof repairs, general repairs and maintenance. Our contractors are regularly checked for quality of service and price-competitiveness.
  • Regular reporting to Client; quarterly meetings to review all matters.
  • Compliance with Landlord and Tenant legislation; Ensuring all current property legislation is met.
  • Arranging buildings insurance.
  • Providing concierge, cleaning and care taking services and wider grounds maintenance and estate security.
