Arguably Britain’s prettiest county thanks to the picturesque market towns of Uppingham, well known for its galleries and antiques, and the county town of Oakham, offering a selection of independent boutiques and high street shops, quality eating establishments and of course its very own Castle. However, the county is best known for its reservoir, Rutland Water, which plays host to a variety of cycling, water sports and nature activates to name but a few.

Graham has worked in the property sector for almost 20 years. With a decade of experience in prime central London, followed by over 8 years running agencies and guiding investors to purchase property based on the clients’ financial objective. Graham advises clients on single unit to portfolio & site acquisitions and disposals, he has a reputation for providing a candid, realistic and holistic overview on property investment and structuring.

Amanda Hill

Amanda is an integral part of our property management team, she started her career in lettings five years ago as a negotiator before quickly progressing to become a property manager. As well as raising two sons Amanda worked as a nurse for 9 years specialising in Alzheimer’s, Dementia and end of life care.

Our Lettings Manager Chloe started her lettings career with ourselves three years ago and has proved to be an invaluable member of our team. Before joining Osprey Chloe worked at a racing stables as well as running her own pub!

Caroline joined the team in 2020 working in property Management and has since progressed to be an invaluable member of our accounts and Block Management team. Before joining Osprey Caroline studied 4 years of Primary Education at NTU- graduating with a third of a masters on top of her degree with a qualification in educational leadership and management, specialism in Art, Geography and Educational Needs.

Marina joined Osprey in 2021 as a key member of the property management team following seven years’ experience in various roles across the lettings industry including negotiator and property valuer. Previously Marina worked for 10 years as a Digital Print Manager at a local printing and publishing company before moving to the property sector. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and helping out at her family’s café.

Charlotte Barnes

Charlotte is an exceptionally well-rounded property manager with excellent attention to detail and a truly infectious energy!
Her background prior to property was working with equestrian companies, and caring for children and animals.
Charlotte can often be seen in her spare time competing in eventing with her own horse.
