
A rural escape offering plenty of outdoor activities and attractions, Rutland is England’s smallest county and certainly lives up to its Latin motto, Multum in Parvo, translating to Much in Little.
Arguably Britain’s prettiest county thanks to the picturesque market towns of Uppingham, well known for its galleries and antiques, and the county town of Oakham, offering a selection of independent boutiques and high street shops, quality eating establishments and of course its very own Castle.
