Purchase prices are at or around £125,000; a useful saving from no stamp duty. Rents are c£7000 per annum; not an aggressive amount and one that many people can afford; ensuring there is always readily available tenants to move in should the property need relet. This provides a headline gross yield of between 5 to 6%; not bad compared to the savings accounts, and of course the longer term opportunity of capital appreciation of the asset.
We always look for stock that will let easily; voids are an unnecessary expense that no landlord needs or wants. Some may prefer a property needing minor works, some prefer towncentre location, others in surrounding villages. We are happy to mould our search to your requirements.
