Despite Covid and its huge impact on business, we are pleased that we have managed to weather the uncertainties relatively well and have been picking up market share and some great new instructions. As a small, independent local team we have tried to be relatively nimble and proactive and business as a result has been relatively resilient, even good. We work from a mix of offices and home and have managed to agree many sales and taken on new properties under management over the past 6 months. There was a great flurry of business at the end of the summer and now heading towards the end of the year we have a number of new instructions coming to market.
Although it might seem an odd time to be expanding the team we are really pleased to have lured Graham Freeman to join us here at Osprey. A Stamford local and a real estate professional. Having spent almost ten years in the property markets in London, he more recently spent the past 4 years heading up the Leaders offices in Stamford and Oakham.
He knows the local market extremely well and has a long and successful track record of advising and sourcing investment properties for clients over the years. He joins us to do Investment and Business Development, and we are confident he will be a great asset to our business. Offering our clients more investment advice, portfolio reviews, buy to let recommendations and a number of other services that we think our existing and new clients will appreciate.
