Exciting times at Osprey.

As many of you will have noticed we have recently had a subtle “rebrand” from Osprey Lettings to Osprey Sales and Lettings. A small but important change and, further to demand from clients and new investor landlords, we have made an encouraging start in the estate agency market.

We have been buying and selling investment properties for over 15 years, but directly to investors, as opposed to through a shop front as a traditional agent. So it is exciting to have added this shop front service to our existing branches in Kettering, Oakham and Stamford.

“Given our thriving lettings and property management business, our local offices and our expert staff; we wanted to harness this “property expertise” and offer our clients a sales or estate agency service”.

We retain the same great team on lettings and property management and our units under management continue to grow as we are appointed by new landlords to oversee the management of their units.

We are really pleased to have recruited in two new sales people to the team and also a new Area Manager for the Oakham and Stamford area; who have already had a great impact on winning new business and providing further services to our clients.

So it is really exiting times for Osprey, and an exciting start to the year.
