Sole use of a private yard to rent in near Hougham, 7 Miles north of Grantham.

Would suit professional rider with a few horses but may consider 2 friends sharing. Maximum of 5 horses.
5 loose boxes (2-12 x 12ft, 2- 14ft x 13ft and 1- 14'5 x12ft). Large, secure container for tack, feed and bedding. Muck heap area and parking for trailer(s) or small horse box .

Two turn out fields, just under 6 acres in total.

Shared use of lunge paddock (16m in diameter), horse walker and all weather arena (20x50m).

Water included.

Must have own horse insurance.
