Explore Hull’s historic Old Town and free museums, visit the marina and newly regenerated Fruit Market with Michelin starred restaurants and art galleries, walk or cycle the Yorkshire Wolds Way, or enjoy the coastal scenery with easy access to several award winning beaches and RSPB Bempton.
Hull is famous for it’s fishing and industrial heritage, and more recently there has been significant investment in the ports and other industrial areas of the city. Hull is home to a new Sieman’s wind turbine factory, Aunt Bessie’s, Jackson’s Bakery, Cranswick Country Foods, to name but a few of the city’s major employers. Additionally, there is scope for a new cruise terminal to be built with P&O ferries and other major local investment encouraging growth and development for the region.
 
Further afield in the heart of East Yorkshire lies the pretty market town of Beverley. With an awe-inspiring Minster, popular racecourse, historical buildings, vibrant festivals and small town charm, there is something for everyone.

Osprey property are an independent, family owned, local agent. Our team were all born and bred in the local area, with over 50 years of experience between us in the property industry. Amy has been with Osprey since June 2021. Amy lives locally with her partner and three cats! Amy has a wide range of experience in lettings, starting off in the South as a Lettings Negotiator and moving into Property Management. She is currently undertaking her ARLA exams to gain even further experience in the field. She is a highly sociable person and enjoys a glass of wine on a weekend!

Amy is new to Osprey Property having only joined us in March this year. Amy has plenty of customer service experience given her previous roles in the hospitality industry.

She is a first point of contact for our Hull office, dealing with general enquiries and tenant applications, carrying out property viewings and handling our social media page.

She has a keen interest in motorsports, particularly Isle of Man TT and also enjoys walking her sausage dog Angus over the fields.

Hello, I’m Laura. I have worked for Osprey for a year, started off as a lettings negotiator and later became a property manager, I love how no two days are the same. I am currently studying for a degree at the Open university, I love reading and walks in the countryside with my two pooches.

With over 15 years of hands on experience, Alice is our Lettings Director. Managing the Oakham (and national) properties on behalf of our landlords and investors, overseeing our dedicated contractors and ensuring that any problems that arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

Graham Freeman

Investment Director

A Stamford local and a real estate professional. Having spent almost ten years in the property markets in  London, he more recently spent the past 4 years heading up the Leaders offices in Stamford and Oakham. He knows the local market extremely well and has a long and successful track record of advising and sourcing investment properties for clients over the years.
